OSIRIS v1.1

This is our first implementation of OSIRIS, which is based in PubMed searches. For an improved recognition of sequence variants of genes in text, try OSIRISv1.2, that implements our NER algorithm for sequence variants. Go to the new version of OSIRIS by clicking here
